The pool, though not massive, is still enjoyable, and it has one unique feature – it is the only freshwater pool on any of the Carnival cruise ships. It features just over 1,500 staterooms and suites, with 14 passenger decks and a maximum occupancy of 3,758 guests. At normal, double occupancy, the ship holds just over 3,000 guests, with just over a thousand crew members. The typical ocean-view rooms offer slightly larger, rectangular windows (and just a larger amount of space in the stateroom overall). This ship also offers something called a scenic ocean-view room, which features a gigantic, wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling window, for the best views possible.
Bars
It’s going to be pretty much impossible to avoid the smell of smoke while in the casino, but there are ways to lessen its impact. While I enjoy watching the Dive-In Movies from a hot tub, most folks pull up a lounger. Crew members will come around offering blankets and free popcorn, which makes this evening beneath the stars a great opportunity to snuggle with the one you love.

If you don't want to dress up, you can choose a more casual dinner venue, but dress code enforcement in Carnival dining rooms tends to be lax.
What you come away with is the distinct feeling that there has been a quiet revolution going on, with a triumph of style over tack.
